About Me

My path to becoming a therapist has been shaped by a deep curiosity about human behavior and a genuine respect for the resilience people carry. I hold an undergraduate degree from the University of Miami and graduate degrees from Columbia University and Harvard University, where I received intensive clinical training grounded in evidence-based practices and theory. Before entering private practice, I worked in community mental health settings with individuals navigating some of the most severe and complex mental health challenges, including complex trauma, psychosis, addiction, personality disorders, and chronic mood disorders. That work taught me how to hold space for profound suffering while staying attuned, steady, and compassionate. It also deepened my belief that healing is possible, even in the most painful and complicated circumstances, and that everyone deserves to feel seen, supported, and understood.

I specialize in psychodynamic and trauma-informed therapy, helping clients understand how early experiences shape current patterns. I bring warmth, curiosity, and collaboration to the therapy space, creating a safe environment for meaningful exploration and change. Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, identity, self-worth, or relationships, I’m here to support your growth with compassion and insight. My training and experience allow me to tailor therapy to your unique needs so you can better understand yourself, break old cycles, and build a more connected, grounded life.
