Children & Adolescents
I provide developmentally attuned, evidence-based therapy for children and adolescents navigating emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges. My approach integrates play and creative expression with psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral principles to help young clients understand their feelings, strengthen coping skills, and improve communication both at home and in school.
Common concerns include anxiety, low self-esteem, perfectionism, family conflict, emotional regulation, and social challenges. Working collaboratively with parents and caregivers, I support the child’s growth within their broader family and school systems—fostering resilience, self-understanding, and healthier relationships.

My Approach
At the core of my work is a psychodynamic approach, which means I help clients explore how their early relationships, life experiences, and unconscious patterns influence the way they think, feel, and relate in the present. Often, the symptoms we struggle with, like anxiety, self-doubt, or feeling stuck in the same relationship dynamics, have deeper roots.
Together, we gently make space for what’s beneath the surface so you can understand yourself more fully and create lasting, meaningful change.
I believe therapy is more than symptom relief - it's an opportunity to better understand your inner world, make sense of your story, and shift long-standing patterns that no longer serve you.
This kind of work takes time and trust, so I offer a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where you're free to be curious, honest, and real. While psychodynamic therapy is the foundation of my work, I also incorporate tools from other approaches like CBT and motivational interviewing based on your unique needs and goals.
